Matthew founded Leaptel in 2015 with a clear mission: deliver honest, reliable, customer-first internet across Australia. With two decades of experience in IT consulting, network design, and systems integration, he’s combined technical expertise with a relentless focus on service quality. Under his leadership, Leaptel has grown into one of Australia’s most trusted retail ISPs. Beyond Leaptel, Matthew also chairs the Internet Association of Australia, advocating for better outcomes across the industry. At the helm of Leaptel, he brings both strategic vision and hands-on experience to every partner relationship.

Lee brings over 15 years of experience in telecommunications and managed services, with a proven track record in building high-performance ISP offerings across retail, wholesale, and enterprise markets. Prior to joining Leaptel, he held senior roles at Field Solutions Group and Somerville, and was the founder of IP Transit — a platform focused on delivering bandwidth aggregation and buying power to smaller ISPs. Lee now leads Leaptel’s wholesale division, driving partner growth through automation, scalable systems, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by service providers.
